Mastermind meeting structure
- Чек-ин: короткое состояние, победа недели, ключевой вызов (5 мин).
- Hot Seat участника: 12–15 минут глубокой фокус-сессии и обратной связи.
- Rapid-fire вопросы: три быстрых запроса от остальных участников (10 мин).
- Договорённости: фиксируем обязательства, обновляем accountability-доску (5 мин).
- Чек-аут: главный инсайт и степень удовлетворения сессией (1–10).
